Refund Timeframes by Product Type
Individual Courses
Refund requests for individual courses must be submitted within fourteen days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, you must have accessed less than twenty percent of the course content, including lectures, assignments, and downloadable materials.
Subscription Services
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a monthly subscription period.
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancelled within thirty days of the initial purchase or renewal date, provided less than ten percent of available content has been accessed.
Bundled Packages
Course bundles and package deals are subject to the same fourteen-day refund window as individual courses. If you have accessed any course within the bundle, the entire package becomes non-refundable unless technical issues prevent access to the content.
Certification Programs
Enrollment in certification programs is non-refundable once you have submitted any assessment, attended any live session, or accessed examination materials. Refund requests made before engaging with program materials may be considered within seven days of enrollment.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases
Courses and services purchased at promotional prices, with discount codes, or as part of special offers are subject to the same refund policy as regular-priced items. However, if a refund is issued, you may not be eligible to repurchase the same item at the promotional rate.
Free trial periods and complimentary access do not qualify for refunds as no payment was made.
Chargebacks and Disputes
