What you need to access and complete our SEO analytics courses

Setting Up Your Learning Environment

Our courses work on most modern devices and browsers. You don't need expensive hardware or specialized software to start learning SEO analytics. A stable internet connection and a computer or tablet that can handle video playback is enough. We've designed the platform to be accessible from wherever you prefer to study, whether that's your home office, a coffee shop, or while traveling. The technical barrier to entry is intentionally low because we want you focused on learning analytics, not troubleshooting compatibility issues.

Most students access courses through Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge without any problems. The video player adapts to your connection speed automatically, so you won't experience constant buffering even on slower networks. For hands-on exercises with analytics tools, you'll need admin access to install browser extensions and desktop applications, but we walk you through each setup step with detailed instructions. If you run into technical difficulties, our support team responds within 24 hours on weekdays.

Hardware Specifications

You don't need a high-end computer to complete our courses. Most laptops or desktops from the last five years will work fine. Here's what we recommend as minimum specifications:

Tablets work for watching lectures, but you'll need a computer for hands-on exercises with analytics platforms and data exports.

Software and Tools

We use industry-standard analytics tools throughout the courses. Some are free, others offer trial periods or educational discounts. You'll install these as the course progresses:

  • Modern web browser updated to current version
  • Google Analytics account (free)
  • Google Search Console access (free)
  • Spreadsheet software like Excel or Google Sheets
  • SEO browser extensions we recommend in module two
  • Screen recording software for assignment submissions (optional)

Platform Access

Course materials are available 24/7 through your student dashboard. Once enrolled, you get immediate access to all modules and can work through content at your own pace. Video lectures download for offline viewing if you have unreliable internet. Assignments submit through the web interface, and you can save drafts before final submission. Your progress syncs across devices, so you can start a lesson on your laptop and finish it on your tablet later. Course access continues for 12 months after enrollment, giving you plenty of time to review material or catch up if life gets busy.
